Project Brief
A modern, low energy, oak framed pavilion (25M x 7.5M) set within the landscaped gardens of Lympstone Manor. The building is flexible in housing hotel guest functions and support facilities for the new swimming pool.
Project Detail
RSA have provided architectural design services, landscape design and principal designer to the first phase of the completed £9M Lympstone Manor hotel and Restaurant project.
Since it’s opening in Spring 2017, the hotel has acquired Michelin Stars and has been received with international acclaim.
Supporting the local tourist economy and with an ethos based around local produce, Lympstone Manor has quickly become a significant contributor to the South-West economy providing large levels of employment and bringing economic benefits to the region.
Responding to market demand, and with a desire to provide a wider experience at Lympstone Manor, the second phase of the project is the Swimming Pool and a supporting Pool House.
Accommodation includes social space, holding kitchen, toilets and changing rooms and ancillary facilities.
Additional amenity facilities include a new swimming pool designed by specialist pool designer, external terrace and seating area, pegola and croquet lawn.
